Structure

The Infectious Diseases Department for children up to 1 year of age provides specialised planned and emergency care for children up to 3 years of age with respiratory infectious diseases, developmental disorders and somatic diseases.

The main directions of the Department work

The department's work is organised in compliance with the sanitary and anti-epidemic regime, as an institution with an increased concentration of pathogens.The department should provide high-quality and specialised care for children using modern medical technologies at a modern level.

The infectious disease ward should have a treatment room with emergency medication.

The ward should have conditions for the treatment of critically ill patients.The ward should be equipped with a centralised oxygen supply system, have a monitor to control heart rate, pulse oximeter, warmers, heated changing table, inhalers, electro-deposition.

Physiotherapy room in the infectious diseases department

Children are hospitalised together with their mothers. Mothers hospitalised to care for their children are provided with a nutritious diet.
